Absentee Bids :
We, at Falcon Auctions, provide the Absentee Bid system for those unable to attend the auctions in person.
You can send in your absentee bids in the prescribed bid form subject to the Conditions of Sale.
To start with, you need to register yourself on our website www.falconauctions.in
All absentee bids are held in the strictest confidence.
All bids are processed on "First come First Served" basis. In the event where two bids are received for the same amount, the preference will be given to the bidder whose bid arrived first.
The bid must state the lot number and the maximum price willing to be paid, exclusive of Buyer's Premium and Taxes.
We always confirm the receipt of Absentee Bids; However, Kindly get in touch with us if you do not receive a confirmation from us as we may have not received the absentee bids sent by you.
Bidders should confirm their bid receipts with us. We cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your absentee bids.
Bidders are requested to refer the bid increment slab. Odd amount bids will be rounded at our discretion.
Successful bidders will be notified at the earliest and full and final payment is expected within 7 days of receipt of invoice by you, subject to the Conditions of Sale.
Lots won and paid for will be forwarded by courier and all costs including insurance will be added to the original invoice.
